SALMONBERRY is not only a seasonal favorite, but also available all year round.   SALMONBERRY is a natural, northern berry that we combine with citrus and sweeten with a hint of peach.  The color of the Salmonberry can vary from yellow, orange to red.

According to storytellers in the Chinook First Nation the coyote was “instructed to place these berries in the mouth of each salmon he caught in order to ensure continued good fishing” and for that reason this berry came to be known as the Salmonberry.
