Domestic orders placed within the US are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Orders will typically ship within 5 - 10 days once order is placed + paid. Special considerations are also to be recognized during peak HOLIDAY transit times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. GREY FOX CANDLES is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the shop. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
Forms of Payment:
We accept all major credit cards (+ PayPal through special invoicing). We do not accept payment after shipment, mailed checks or mailed cash.
Your order is carefully packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product (typically a replacement is sent to you once the damage claim has been filed with the shipping carrier).
About our handcrafted items:
All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Every product we make is carefully looked over before heading out the door. Variations in our products will not be considered defects or damages. Our coconut wax candles may have a look of being defected by a "wet spot" on the jar. Please be aware this is a natural occurrence that can take place when candles go though temperature changes during transit. "Wet spots" will not affect the performance of your candle in any way, so enjoy!
Store credit or exchanges:
We are not offering returns at this time, but I do want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase! Our lotions, linen sprays and seasonal soaps are final sales due to sanitary and hygienic safety reasons. We are open to discussing a potential store credit or exchange, just contact me at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. I'm more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us, but please be conscious of the handcrafted nature of our products.
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Grey Fox Candles (without direct instructions specifically stating to return the item(s)) will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender.
We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
